    No visibility

Without a full picture of how the company operates, there's no way to plan a comprehensive AI transition.

    Chaotic adoption

Teams experiment with different tools for individual tasks. Subscriptions pile up, token bills grow, and there's no unified approach.

    Prompt, buy, or build?

Prompting, an AI tool, or a custom agent? Each has trade-offs in speed, cost, and maintenance. To choose right, you need to see the benefit, timeline, and cost side by side.

    From zero visibility
    to a transition plan

    Step 01

    Interviews

Our AI agents run short structured interviews with your team. What tasks people do, how long they take, how often they repeat, what tools they use now, and what the pain points are.

Processes are mapped as the interview goes, so you can review and adjust in real time.

    Step 02

    Mapping

The agents turn conversations into a granular map of your operations: workflows, dependencies, bottlenecks, handoffs, and day-to-day reality across teams.

Any activity can be described as a process. It all lives in people's heads. We just collect the full picture.

Anyone can write an agent for anything now. The real question is whether you should. We show three options: teach your team the right prompts, adopt an existing SaaS tool, or build a custom agent.

Processes are grouped into a company-wide map. We spot similar workflows across teams, highlight where departments operate differently, and surface shared skills and tools.

More processes means sharper estimates: we eliminate duplicate subscriptions and agent skills, and factor in volume discounts on tokens and licenses.

The biggest obstacle to becoming AI-native isn't the technology. It's not seeing the whole picture of how your company operates and having no plan to get from here to there.

AI agents are not the only answer. Sometimes the right prompt is enough. Sometimes an existing tool does the job. Building a custom agent only makes sense when the ROI is clear.

We believe the transition should be gradual, measurable, and driven by real data, not hype.

    Questions
    & Answers

    What happens during the interviews?
Each person has a private conversation with an AI agent about their daily work: tasks, tools, handoffs, bottlenecks, and ideas. Via voice or text, they describe workflows as they actually happen. No preparation needed. The result is a detailed, honest picture of how things actually run.
Are people comfortable talking to an AI?
Surprisingly, yes. Without a manager or consultant in the room, people share more openly. An AI agent doesn't judge or escalate. That makes the interviews more honest and the resulting maps more accurate.
How is this different from hiring a consulting firm?
Consulting firms are expensive and slow because they can't run dozens of interviews at the same time. Our AI agents can. That lets us build a detailed operational picture faster and at a fraction of the cost, and stay with you to track whether the transition is actually working.
How fast can we see results?
You can see recommendations for individual processes from day one. But the real value comes when the key processes are mapped and you can see the full picture. That still happens within days, not months.
    What exactly do we get?
A visual process map with phases and roles. For each step: a recommendation to use a prompt, adopt an AI tool, or build a custom agent, with pricing, time savings, and a side-by-side cost comparison across all options.
    How are costs calculated?
Costs are calculated against current pricing for each recommended tool, subscription, or AI model. Every estimate is based on real numbers, not guesses, so teams can compare options with confidence.
Does this work for companies of any size?
Yes. The scope scales with the number of processes you want to map, not your headcount. A 10-person team and a 500-person department go through the same methodology, just at different depth.
    Do you handle implementation too?
We deliver the plan, the specs, and the cost estimates. Implementation stays with your team or a preferred vendor. We also partner with consulting agencies who can step in if you need hands-on help.
    How is our data protected?
All data is encrypted and access is tightly controlled. We don't train on your data. NDAs and DPAs are signed before we start. Interview responses are anonymized in all deliverables by default.
